I still havent recieved a response from dentist xxx or Sudbury Credit Bureau

Can you tell me who at your office spoke with Dr xxxx (dentixt) and when? Have you removed the Biancos and Persona account from this file?

Dr xxxx and I spoke breifly last week. I have not returned his telephone call yet and haven't discussed his account. When we do we will both advise you. Again...I've only recieved one bill from Doctor X in 4 years at which time we spoke and I thought the matter resolved. Ms xxx has settled accounts with other doctors similiarly and I havent any accounts with these other dentists. Anyone can put a name on an account. Just like you and the Sudbury Credit Bureua did. If Dr xxx statement is accurate, I would have then also instructed Doctor xxx to make use of my employers dental plan. The billing information and details would have been available in either of the patients dental files.



I did not utilize any of Dr xxxx service nor did I a ever attend to bring my children for his services. I offered to provide a private dental plan which neither Dr xxx or Ms xxx wanted to utilized. The billing information and details would have been available in either of the patients dental files. I have no account with you that needs any collection. I hope Dr. xxxx
will advise your office of the correction. I suggest you contact Ms xxx or the Sudbury Children's Aid Society, for payment of any account then contact me to have my name removed from the account  

Any account that does not have my name on it and that I was not permitted to use my health coverage please remove it from your file. Thank You

Sorry I haven't returned your call as of yet. After some consideration I've decided any further communication will be in writing only. Please contact via email only.

Today the Sudbury Credit Bureau has informed me that first you will be providing them with documentation indicating that my name is on the account and second, that you advised them that prior to listing your account for collection with their office, that I promised you I would pay the account and that I never kept my payment arrangements. You must be mistaken or you are purposely calling me a liar. Anyone can put a name on an account. In fact thats what the Sudbury Credit Bureau did. Please send me what you sent Credit Bureau I have yet to respond to them. I would like to clarify a few things between us.

Firstly, I never made any promises to you or made any arrangements to pay you anything. I only recieved one bill from your office in 4 years (2006) at which time we spoke and I thought the matter resolved. The mother has since settled other accounts with other doctors. I don't have any accounts with these other dentists. I did not utilize any of your services nor did I ever attend to bring my children for your services. After what I learned of your treatment methods, I wouldnt publically recomend you to anyone. I offered to provide a private dental plan which neither you or Ms xxx wanted to use. The billing information and details would have been available in either of the patients dental files. Again, The mother has settled accounts with other dentists similiarly and I don't have any accounts with these other dentists. I suggest you contact Ms xxxx for payment of any account.

Take comfort in the fact that what I now know of your treatment of my son I would not have approved. I became aware of the need for treatment 6 months after the accident and learned very much and could have contributed to my son's recovery and aftercare. The services and limited aftercare you provided are not inpar (I believe) with the dental industry and have considered educating the public of who to avoid when seeking dental services.. I have since learned about treatments and had many discussions with professionals (see below).

Neither Ms xxx or the Children's Aid Society wanted me to help and both prevented me from doing so. Your sudden reporting to the credit bureua after 4 years portrays you as aligned with certain objectives of the CAS and Ms xxx. Sometimes its just better to "bite the bullet" so to speak. I am a man of principal. The amount in question is not sizable and the resulting effect of continued disagreement between you could have a greater profit/loss result for one or both of us.

I am formally requesting that you contact them and have my name removed from this credit report immediately.

I believe it to be highly illegal that my name would now be associated with this account for a number of reasons,

1) I had company insurance that would have covered this at the time.

2)I have never received a bill for this account which is now 4 years old and has a ridiculous amount of interest added.

3) I was not allowed by court order to be informed of my sons medical history. Which i assume you are still in no position to release to me.

4) I fully intend to have this investigated if a bill from your office with my name on it should suddenly appear after 4 years.

I suggest you contact Ms xxxx, Sudbury Children's Aid Society, for payment of any account and contact the Sudbury Credit Bureau, to have my name removed from the account..

We are not "harrassing you" regarding any Persona or Bianco's accounts.



Regarding the Dr. xxxx account, we have spoken with Dr.xxx and the client will be providing us with documentation indicating your name is on this account. The client also advised us that prior to listing this account for collection with our office, you promised to pay the account and never kept your payment arrangements.

I xxxxx am formally requesting that my name be removed from any bills sent to your credit collection agency that does not have my name or address on the original billing account. This includes any other bills you may recieve with the name Ms. xxxx after January 1st 2000. Take notice that we have had separate addresses since December 1999. My place of residence and billing address is not nor ever was xxx Burton Street Sudbury Ontario.

In our last phone conversation (Mrs. Bisaillon) before you hung up on me you said wouldn't remove my name because you stated "I didnt have proof"? FYI I have property taxes, phone bills, court orders, support payments etc. I was actually married to someone else in 2004-5. The burden is yours to prove your "theory" before tampering with somebodys credit rating. Again contrary to your claim of not calling me on weekends .. my phone messaging system records time and date of all mesages.

I have spoken to Persona and Bianco's, my name or address does not appear on any of their accounts and they have no idea why you would be harassing me for payment of account without my name or address. I also spoke to Doctor xxx and he also could not confirm that my name or address was on his account and ackowledges I had no authority regarding any treatment. He will also acknowledge that he was restricted from releasing ANY information to me regarding any treatment by CAS Sudbury. I've only recieved one bill from Doctor xxx in 4 years at which time I thought the matter resolved. I would have then also instructed Doctor xxx to make use of my employers dental plan. The billing information and details would have been available in either of the patients dental files.

My attempt to communicate reasonably with Ms Bisaillion on July 22 (attempt to explain and remove creditors Bianco and Personna) was met with hostility and argumentive attidutes. She insisted on discussing Dr.xxx only. She called me a liar, and that I had no evidence to prove that I was not separated from Ms xxxx during the time the debt was accumulated. I offered to make an appointment to discuuss and review documents, she hung up on me.
 

FYI I have tax reciepts, phone bills, etc for my own residence, not the billing residence (Ms xxx). I spoke with Persona and Biancos, they will advise you and you will remove this information from this file this week. I did not utilize any of xxx service nor did I a ever attend to bring my children for his services. I offered to provide a private dental plan which neither Dr xxx or Ms xxxx wanted to utilize.

Final - There are many other ways to contact me and verify who I am other than by calling me and harrassing me. As I stated in my first email to you; I did in fact recieve a call from your office Saturday July 18 at 11:20 am.

I've told you already by voice messages and emails several times (sic) many, many times already ...stop harrassssing me. Find another methed other than calling me to verify who and I am.

I pay taxes to the City of Sudbury. Get my address from that account and send me a registered letter. I have no account with you that needs any collection. Any action or propagation of such information/account without having propererly notified me other than by phone or email would constitute a violation of my rights under the law.
